Medicare Data Match Plan Contacts for Federal CMS/Treasury Collection Efforts

A list of health plan contacts for Medicare Data Match is attached to this bulletin. The health plans are aware of the Data Match process and have recently provided the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) with the name of a contact that will work with you to respond to Medicare.

Employers who receive a formal notification from a Medicare intermediary, or a collection agency on behalf of Medicare, should follow the steps outlined in previous Employer Bulletins. The Medicare Data Match process is explained in these previous Bulletins:
