New E-mail Address for 3rd Party Administrator (Broadspire) of ICI and LTDI Plans

Broadspire, the third party administrator for the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) Income Continuation Insurance (ICI) and Long-Term Disability Insurance (LTDI) programs is changing its e-mail address, effective immediately.

Broadspire's new e-mail address is:

ICILTDI@choosebroadspire.com

E-mail addressed to the former address (ICILTDI@COREINC.com) will be forwarded to the new address until October 29, 2004.

Other Broadspire contact information remains unchanged.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no change to the manner in which ICI and LTDI correspondence is processed by Broadspire.
