Correction to WPE Coinsurance and Out-of-Pocket Expenses in Deductible Standard Plan and Deductible Standard PPP Options

The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) has identified several errors in the Local Health Employers Bulletin, Vol. 21, Local K and the Local WRS Employers Bulletin, Vol. 21, Local L, both dated October 8, 2004. The errors and corrections appear in the “Coinsurance” and “Annual out-of-pocket maximum” rows of the “Deductible HMO-Deductible Standard Plan” and the “Deductible HMO-Deductible Standard PPP” columns of the grid, below. The chart supercedes the chart provided in the bulletins identified above.
