Income Continuation Insurance Administration Manual – State Revised

This bulletin accompanies your copy of the recently revised Income Continuation Insurance Administration Manual - State (ET-1119, rev. 07/2005). Some materials and subchapters have been renumbered and new subchapters have been added. The revised manual contains revisions and clarifications previously published in Employer Bulletins as well as clarifications suggested by ETF and other State agency staff.

We encourage you to visit our Internet site, http://etf.wi.gov, to view and print any or all chapters of the Income Continuation Insurance Administration Manual - State. Additional paper copies of the manual may be ordered by completing the order form found in Subchapter 110 of the manual and mailing, e-mailing or faxing it to Broadspire per the instructions contained in Subchapter 109.
