myETF Employment File Resource Available – Webinars Scheduled
The myETF Employment File Resource is now available. While the myETF Payroll File provides demographic information, employers who offer ETF insurance benefits may need to report employment information and demographic changes sooner than their next payroll information submission. Doing so will enable employees to enroll in ETF-administered insurance benefits within the applicable eligibility window. All employers may also use this file to report changes to current employee demographic and enrollment. Read Employer Bulletin Vol. 33 No. 10 to learn more about the myETF Employment File.
Are you ready to take the next step in myETF employer training? The myETF Employment File Resource webinar targets individuals who will submit employment and demographic information to ETF. This training is required by December 13, 2016 for any employer who offers ETF-administered life, health or income continuation insurance benefits. We recommend the training for all employers. We will conduct the first myETF Employment File Resource webinar Thursday, September 29, and will offer 11 additional live sessions through December 2016. You may sign up for a live webinar on the myETF Employer training page. There will also be a recorded version of the training posted on the myETF Employer web pages soon.
The Employment File Resource is derived from specific pieces of the Payroll File Resource, so the myETF Payroll File Resource training is a prerequisite for this presentation. If you have not viewed the Payroll File Resource training, please register or view the recorded session on the myETF Employer web pages.
If you have questions about the training or myETF in general, please send them to the myETFEmployers@etf.wi.gov mailbox, which is specifically set aside for employer feedback about myETF.
