myETF Questionnaire: Report Generation Types
As you know, the Department of Employee Trust Funds is developing a new, web-based benefits administration system, myETF. The new system is a fully integrated solution, allowing for advanced automation, user empowerment and customer service excellence.
A major step in preparing myETF for employer use involves entering initial payroll information into the system prior to myETF’s 2018 release. We’ve created a questionnaire to give employers an opportunity to tell us about their Report Generation Types. A Report Generation Type represents the frequency with which employers run payroll cycles and how often they will report that payroll information to ETF. We will input your Report Generation Type information into myETF.
All employers are required to fill out the myETF Report Generation Type Collection Questionnaire by Wednesday, November 23.
