myETF Benefits Updates on Wednesday, November 30

On the evening of Wednesday, November 30, 2016, ETF will deploy the following updates to myETF Benefits:

  • The myETF Benefits system will now process Change Health Plan transactions for contracts that have dependents that need to be removed or are aging out.  
    • Agencies that currently perform manual entry into myETF Benefits will no longer have to perform the two-step process when changing health plans while trying to remove a dependent.
    • Agencies that currently process transactions via an interface (XML) will no longer see processing errors related to this type of transaction.

The deployment is expected to take place between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. Please do not log into myETF Benefits during this time. ETF will continue monitoring the application after these updates. If you encounter any issues, please contact the help desk.
