Attend the 2014 It's Your Choice Kickoff in Person
or Via Live Streaming Interactive Video

This year’s 2014 It’s Your Choice Kickoff presentation by the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) will be held in Madison at the Mendota Mental Health Institute Conference Center Building on Thursday, September 26, 2013. We are offering two options for attending: either in person or via live streaming interactive video.

View the It's Your Choice Kickoff agenda. If you plan to attend in person, print the presentation slides to bring with you.

We are collecting questions ahead of time so that we can prepare and answer them during the kickoff meeting's Question-and-Answer session. You will also be given the opportunity to submit questions on the day of the meeting. If you have questions now, please submit them via this link: ETF Health and Insurance-IYC Employer Question.

Online viewers will be able to participate in the presentation by e-mailing questions directly to the presenter with the click of a button.

Viewing requirements:

• High speed (broadband) internet connection
• Speakers or a headset

To join the webcast, simply click on this link or go to ETF’s Employer web page. The presentation will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 26. When you click on the link, you should see the following screen:

To ask a question using the Mediasite player while viewing:

1. Click the "Ask a Question" icon near the bottom right of the screen (circled in red in the above diagram). The window below will pop up.

2. Enter your name (last name optional), e-mail address (optional), the subject your question addresses, and your question.

3. If you do not want to include the time in the presentation where you had a question, clear the "Time" checkbox.

4. Click "Ask Question." Click "Close" to exit the window.
