Updates to myETF Benefits
On the evening of March 5, 2014 the Department of Employee Trust
Funds (ETF) will deploy the following updates to myETF Benefits:
- Under Add Coverage: For graduate assistants
who have WRS employment, the system will now prevent employers
from progressing and show the following error message, "Records
show that this subscriber is currently enrolled in a WRS appointment.
Section 40.22(4) of the Wisconsin Statutes prohibits any WRS employee
from enrolling in graduate assistant health insurance coverage,”
when attempting any of the below actions:
- Adding coverage
- Adding dependent
- Removing dependent
- Updating address
- Changing health plans
- Employers and ETF staff will now be able to add dependents to
existing family contracts in myETF Benefits under WEA TRUST PPP
- Employers are now able to edit all current information on the
Add Coverage screen in myMembers Requests.
