May 2013 myETF Benefits Changes
Updates were made to myETF Benefits on May 8, 2013 including:
- The Employer Info page now shows the “percent
of participation” in health insurance. This is especially
useful for local employers.
- We enhanced system checks for potentially overlapping coverage
when performing Change Health Plan activities.
This will reduce data entry errors.
- Previously it was possible to mistakenly create a duplicate
contract in the system (the second contract was always rejected).
Now the system sees the duplicate contract during data entry,
giving the user correct feedback sooner.
- ETF now uses Finalist, an address validation service, to check
addresses at the point of data entry in the Contact Address
section of myETFBenefits. This should reduce errors.
