Updates to myETF Benefits
On the evening of December 2nd, 2014, ETF deployed the following
updates to myETF Benefits:
- myETF Benefits System now allows employers to select an additional
month for a retroactive termination from the current date. For
example, if today is January 9, 2015, employers will now be able
to select a retroactive contract end date of either December 31,
2014, November 30, 2014 or an additional month, October 31, 2014.
Employers will continue to have the ability to select a contract
end date that is the end of the month of the current date. For
example, for a termination date of January 31, 2015, a future
contract end date of February 28, 2015 or March 31, 2015 can be
selected.
- During the It’s Your Choice Open Enrollment period, myETF
Benefits users occasionally received a “System Currently
Unavailable” message when attempting to access, view, update
or create a contract. This issue has been fixed.
- myETF Benefits system now validates that the care system is
still active before updating the care system code. If a new contract
is created without a value listed in the provider name and/or
care system code is blank, the system will no longer send the
old care system code over in the provider’s name section.
It will now only allow active care systems and valid provider
names to populate a new contract.
