Work Around for myETF Benefits Error Message

Explorer (Version 8.0.7601.1714)
Of the three browsers, Internet Explorer has the most direct solution
to create a new browsing session.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Open the File Menu.
- Select New “Session.”
A new window comes up in a new session.
