Work Around for myETF Benefits Error Message
The Department’s health insurance enrollment system, myETF
Benefits, is vulnerable to an application error, whether users are
logged in as an administrator or as a member (employers and employees).
ETF refers to this as the “Single Session, Multiple Browsers”
Users experience this error while performing a task that requires
the opening of multiple browsers. When the user goes back to the
first browser to submit data, the application fails and requests
that the login be repeated. ETF is seeking alternatives to provide
better functionality around multiple transactions in a single session.
In the meantime, there is a simple work around: We recommend either
opening one browser at a time or creating separate browsing sessions
within the browser.
