Well Wisconsin Expo Invitation
Active employees and annuitants participating in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program are invited to the Well Wisconsin Expo on Wednesday, May 13 at Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center. The event is hosted by ETF.
Wellness Education Area: Open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Featuring more than 20 organizations with resources and ideas for improving physical fitness, nutrition and financial wellness. Representatives from local health insurance plans will also be available to answer questions about plan-provided wellness resources.
Additional Expo Highlights:
- Lunch hour workshops beginning at 11:45 a.m. on Community Supported Agriculture, Mindful Money and Eating for Energy
- Madison Parks Walk with a Doc program: Hear about lunchtime walks around the Capitol Square
- Biometric Screening (pre-registration required) with an optional one-on-one health coaching session
- Internet kiosk stations for attendees to complete their health plan’s health survey
Well Wisconsin is a voluntary wellness program for active employees, annuitants* and their adult family members participating in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance program. Participants earn a $150 incentive** from their health plan, each calendar year, after completing a biometric screening and health survey.
