What’s New for 2017

Amwell telehealth visits will be free (members on the High Deductible Health Plan will pay $39 per Amwell visit until the deductible is met) in 2017—anytime, anywhere you have access to your computer or mobile device. So if it’s 10 p.m. on a Sunday and your child has an earache, you’re on vacation and want to get a bug bite looked at or you just don’t have time to drive to your doctor’s office, a board-certified Amwell doctor is available for you, typically in less than 10 minutes. Amwell doctors can even write you a prescription.

myTrust portal: We’ve partnered with a cutting-edge partner to bring you myTrust, anytime online access to your benefit information. myTrust supplements our highly regarded customer service staff. Whether it’s 9 p.m. or 3 a.m., you can access important information such as checking your claim status, finding a network doctor or sending a secure message to our staff. And our new portal allows us to better communicate important health information to our members.
