Quality Rating

The “Quality Ratings” in the table below looks at how well a plan does helping people with their health.

These include:

  • Managing important health factors
    For example: Keeping cholesterol and blood pressure in check. For diabetics this also means a good blood sugar level.
  • Keeping your preventive screening up to date.
    For example: People are up to date on breast cancer screenings and colorectal cancer screenings who need them.
  • What people say
    This includes what people say about how well their plan is doing as well as their primary care and specialty care doctor.

1.Participating Dean plans include Dean Health Insurance and Dean Prevea360.
2Participating Quartz plans include Community and UW Health. Result is the average of Gundersen, Physicians Plus and Unity ratings that is weighted based on the number of ETF members enrolled in each plan for 2016.
3Participating Security Health plans include Central and Valley.
4.Participating WEA Trust plans include East, Northwest Chippewa Valley, Northwest Mayo Clinic Health System, IYC Access Health Plan, State Maintenance Plan and IYC Medicare Plus.
