Customer Service Hours Temporarily Extended

The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) will temporarily extend its Customer Service Call Center hours to better serve members, during this very busy period, as follows:

  • 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday, May 6 through Thursday, May 9 (only)
  • On May 10, the Call Center will revert to regular business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Active and Inactive employees calling as a result of receiving their annual Statement of Benefits may find the following online ETF resources especially helpful:

We appreciate your patience as we work to serve all members in this busy time. In general, it may help to call early in the morning or late in the day to avoid lengthy wait times.

Please note: Access to ETF’s office building remains unchanged. Doors are open from 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
