ETF Adds Evening Customer Service Hours
On a temporary basis, the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF)
has expanded its Call Center hours of operation to better serve
members.
Expanded hours are available through June 26, which coincides
with one of ETF's peak call volume periods. Each spring, members
contact ETF about Wisconsin Retirement System effective interest
rates, monthly annuity adjustments, and questions related to their
annual Statements of Benefits including separation benefits, retirement
benefits, address changes and beneficiary designation changes.
New Call Center Hours
7:45 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday*
7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday
*after June 26, hours will be 7:45 – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
