Online Service Now Available for Health Insurance
The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) has launched the
“myETF Benefits” system, a new online service that allows
members covered under the state and local group health insurance
programs to make changes to their health insurance coverage online.
It’s a significant part of the Department’s overall
strategic plan to offer benefit-related services and information
online to Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) members.
To use the new system, members must first register for online access
by creating a Wisconsin User ID number and password. You will also
be asked for your eight-digit ETF Member ID number. All members
who are in our health insurance programs can find their ETF Member
ID on their Navitus (pharmacy benefit) card. Active members can
also find their ETF Member ID on this year’s annual statement
of benefits (which active members received from their employers
in April). Retired members can also find their Member ID on any
recent annuity mailer sent by ETF.
