Minnesota Life Insurance Offers LifeSuite Products
New products offered through the State of Wisconsin and Minnesota
Life Insurance Company’s LifeSuite services program provides
state employees and their eligible dependents* access to legal services,
travel assistance and beneficiary financial counseling. The following
is a summary of services that are available through the LifeSuite
Services - Ceridian LifeWorks provides state employees and
their eligible dependents* telephone access to a national network
of more than 22,000 accredited attorneys for consultation on simple
wills, estate planning documents and other legal issues. State
retirees may also use this benefits.
Assistance - Europ Assistance USA (EA) provides 24-hour emergency
travel assistance to active state employees and their eligible
dependents* when they are traveling for business or pleasure 100
or more miles from home.
Financial Counseling - Beneficiaries who receive at least
$25,000 in policy benefits may choose to use independent beneficiary
counseling services from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

*An eligible dependent is a spouse, domestic partner
as defined in Wis. Stats. 40.02(21d), or dependent child who meets
the eligibility criteria as defined in the Wisconsin Public Employers
Group Life Insurance program brochure (ET-2101).
