Customer Service Hours Expanding
The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) is pleased to announce
a permanent change to the Customer Service Call Center – hours
are now 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The change,
effective immediately, provides members with greater access to ETF
at a time of increasing demand for services.
Please note: Access to the building remains unchanged; doors are
open from 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
In addition, members can also reach ETF via secure
e-mail. An ETF staff member will aim to respond within 4 days.
