ETF Receives Performance Award

ETF recently received the Challenger award through the Wisconsin Forward Award program (WFA). This milestone marks the agency’s successful advancement through one of several steps in the WFA, which promotes the implementation of best practices for continuous improvement and performance excellence.

ETF was required to submit a detailed organizational profile with key performance measures. A team of examiners evaluated the profile using a national standard, the Baldrige Criteria, which focuses on seven areas:

  • Leadership
  • Strategy
  • Customers
  • Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management
  • Workforce
  • Operations
  • Results

“We continue to utilize the Baldrige framework in evaluating our daily operations and as we tackle and refine projects to provide excellent customer service to members of the Wisconsin Retirement System,” said Pam Henning, Assistant Deputy Secretary.
