MADISON -- Department of Employee Trust Funds (DETF) Secretary
Eric Stanchfield announced that Executive Assistant Dave Hinrichs
is leaving the Department to take a position with the Division of
Enterprise Technology, where he will serve as assistant to the Administrator,
Matt Miszewski. Hinrichs, of McFarland, has been executive assistant/administrator
of Information Technology at DETF for 16 years.
Secretary Stanchfield also announced the appointment of David A.
Stella, executive director/chief executive officer of the Denver
Public Schools Retirement System, as DETF executive assistant. Stella
was administrator of DETF's Division of Retirement Services
from 1995 to the end of 2001, when he left to take the post in Denver.

Employee Retirement System effective January 2005. Stella will assume
his duties at DETF on or before December 1.
In addition, Secretary Stanchfield appointed longtime DETF Budget
and Policy Manager Joanne Cullen interim information technology
