2020 State Income Continuation Insurance Premium Rates to Increase

Income Continuation Insurance (ICI) premium rates for 2020 will increase effective February 1, 2020.  ICI premiums have increased in recent years due to a number of factors that have caused the program liabilities to exceed the growth in program assets.

Office Closure - Thanksgiving

The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF), including all customer service phone lines, will be closed for business on Thursday, November 28, due to the Thanksgiving Day holiday. ETF’s customer service call center staff will be available beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, November 29.
