The annual open enrollment period for plan year 2022 is coming soon – September 27 through October 22, 2021 and here’s what you need to know before you enroll.
Aspirus Health Plan will be available for plan year 2022, covering select counties in north-central Wisconsin. 
The current Quartz Community network is being replaced by two new network offerings in 2022. 
Quartz Central covers the middle and eastern parts of Wisconsin - outside of Dane County, and Quartz West covers select western counties.
If you are a current Quartz Community member, you should select a new health plan during open enrollment. 
This change does not impact Quartz UW Health members at all. 
Coverage for composite resin fillings for back teeth has been added to the uniform dental benefit effective January 1, 2022.
Continuous Glucose Monitors will be covered under the pharmacy benefit for non-Medicare members.
Coverage will be available under both the medical and pharmacy benefit in 2022.
COVID-19 vaccines are covered by the medical benefit for all members and by the pharmacy benefit for non-Medicare members.
