1. What is the Well Wisconsin Program?

The Well Wisconsin Program is available to eligible employees, retirees and their spouses enrolled in the group health insurance program. It provides services and resources through StayWell/WebMD and rewards participants with a $150 cash incentive after completion of the health assessment, health check and a well-being activity. Please note, members enrolled in the Medicare Advantage health plan are not eligible for the Well Wisconsin incentive as they have other incentives available to them from UHC.

2. Who is StayWell and how do I earn the incentive?

Effective January 1, 2017, StayWell manages all aspects of the Well Wisconsin Program. You will complete the Well Wisconsin Program activities using the secure StayWell wellness portal. StayWell will issue the $150 incentive if you complete the program activities by the wellness program year deadline. StayWell was acquired by WebMD in 2019.
