Find In-Network Pharmacies

The Uniform Pharmacy Benefit only covers prescriptions filled at in-network pharmacies.

To find an in-network pharmacy:

  1. Go to the Navitus ETF Benefits website
  2. Select your health plan design.
  3. Select Pharmacy Search from the menu on the left.

Medicare members: You can use any pharmacy that accepts Medicare Part D, these pharmacies are included in Navitus's pharmacy search.

Employees and retirees without Medicare: Using only in-network pharmacies helps to keep copays, coinsurance, and the overall price of health benefits low for members and the State of Wisconsin. There are over 1,000 in-network pharmacies in Wisconsin and 51,000 nationally.

Find Covered Drugs

To find drugs covered by your plan:

  1. Go to the Navitus ETF Benefits website
  2. Select your health plan design.
  3. Select Formulary from the menu on the left.

A formulary is the list of all the drugs and supplies that are covered by the benefit. The formulary for active employees and retirees without Medicare can change throughout the year. The Medicare formulary typically only changes at the beginning of each year.

Available Lists

The formulary page has several lists, as follows:

  • Complete Formulary and Quick Reference Formulary: The list of all drugs and supplies covered by the benefit.
    • While reviewing these lists you may see medications marked as "PA". These medications require a prescriber to fill out a prior authorization form on your behalf to have the medication covered. Your provider should contact Navitus for the form.
  • ETF Discount Drug List: A list of drugs that are not covered by your pharmacy benefit but may be available at a discounted rate.
  • Preventive Drug Coverage Guidelines: These drugs are covered at no cost to you.
  • Healthcare Reform Contraceptives List: These drugs are covered at no cost to you.
  • Standard Preventive Drug List: For High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) participants, these drugs are subject to copayment/coinsurance even if you have not met your deductible.
  • ETF Diabetes Value Based Program & Drug List: Drugs with reduced copays for members participating in WebMD's diabetes disease management program.

Your health plan design determines which lists you see on the page. You may not see all of the lists mentioned above.
