Following Enrollment

Once you have enrolled, you will receive:

• Welcome Brochure
  Provides you with information on how to manage your account and set-up your Optum Financial online account, as well as your responsibilities and key dates.
• Payment Card
  Allows you to conveniently pay for eligible medical expenses. Be sure to review the cardholder agreement included with your payment card.
  • Note: Dependent Day Care Account and Transit Account participants will not receive a payment card. Claims for these accounts must be submitted manually. Manual claims may be submitted to Optum Financial via paper form, through the online employee portal and/or through the Optum Financial mobile app.
