The Deferred Compensation Board completed the Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Program administrative vendor selection process at its December 10 meeting. The Board directed the Department of Employee Trust Funds to issue a letter of intent to award the contract, pending successful contract negotiations, to Empower Retirement for a five-year period beginning on December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2027, with an option to renew the contract for two additional three-year periods. Empower Retirement is the current WDC Program administrator. The Board’s next regularly scheduled meeting is set for March 31, 2022.
