The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is offering individuals who get their COVID-19 vaccine a $100 Visa gift card. To be eligible, you must be a Wisconsin resident age 12 or older and receive the first vaccine dose between August 20 and September 19.

One of the most effective ways to stop the spread of COVID-19 is to get vaccinated. Unsure where to get a COVID-19 vaccine? While the options vary by community, DHS says there are many places you can go to get your free vaccine. They may include:

  • Your doctor or health care provider
  • Your local or tribal health department
  • Pharmacies
  • Community-based vaccination clinics
  • Pop-up vaccination clinics at familiar places in your community
