The Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds was selected as one of five national case studies for its innovative financial wellness program, Wisconsin Strong: Your Financial Security™. There were more than 18,300 participants of the pilot program in 2021.

MissionSquare Research Institute (formerly the Center for State and Local Government Excellence) recently published Case Studies of Innovative Public Sector Employee Financial Wellness Programs. Research was in collaboration with the International Public Management Association For Human Resources and the National Association of State Treasurers Foundation, with the support of the Wells Fargo Foundation.

The case studies provide ideas, advice, and networking opportunities for state and local governments interested in establishing or strengthening employee financial wellness programs, according to MissionSquare Research Institute. See press release.

Register for a webinar on March 3, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., CST, for a review of key practitioner-oriented takeaways from the case studies.
