ETF has launched a new, customer-centric website for the more than 630,000 Wisconsin Retirement System members, employers and other site users. The site provides quick, easy access to retirement, health and other benefits information, decision-making tools, and educational resources. Enhancements include:

  • Mobile-friendly design
  • Intuitive navigation to complete a task or action
  • Upgraded search filters
  • Learn about the ETF-administered benefits offered by any WRS employer
  • Find educational events and health plans by entering a location
  • Improved accessibility
  • Share content via email and social media

“Our goal is to improve the website user experience. To do this, we identified common pain points and conducted extensive usability testing with members,” said Mark Lamkins, Director of Communications. “We also made revised complex benefits information into plain language.”

ETF plans to make future website enhancements based on analytics and user feedback. Members are encouraged to provide feedback when visiting the website by completing the Was This Page Helpful? survey below.

Note: While website URLs from the previous site have been redirected to new locations, users should update bookmarks. The website is compatible with all web browsers, but Chrome is preferred.
