New and Improved Well Wisconsin for 2020

Starting in January 2020, the Well Wisconsin portal will be all new — new dashboard, new challenges, new goal tracking. But don’t worry; It’ll still be easy to use, and you’ll be able to continue progress toward your $150 Well Wisconsin gift card.

Check out these new and exciting features:

  • Coach chat and virtual visits: Chat online with a StayWell Health Coach or get face-to-face support by signing up for convenient virtual visits.
  • Guided meditation app: Manage stress with the Provata VR meditation app. Track and listen to mindful meditations in beautiful 360-degree locations.
  • Goal-tracking challenges: Compete with your colleagues or set a personal goal to track your steps, strength train, or increase your fruit and veggie intake.
  • Device syncing: Link your personal device to make tracking a breeze. The platform integrates with all major wearable devices and apps.
  • FREE access to games, quizzes, workout videos, recipes, and more.

Please note, the current StayWell portal will be down starting December 20. The 2019 screening results will carry over your new account which you’ll be able to create starting January 6, 2020. If you’d like a hard copy of your results, please login before December 20 and navigate to “My Numbers” on the dashboard.

Pre-Tax Accounts Reminders

Members with a TASC debit card will be deactivated and no longer work beginning January 1, 2020 for the following accounts: Health Care FSA, Limited Purpose FSA, Dependent Day Care FSA, and Transit and Parking Accounts.

Please verify any outstanding 2019 unsubstantiated claims before the end of December 31, 2019 and submit proper documentation or receipt to prevent any payroll withholding. Payroll Centers will start withholding any 2019 unsubstantiated claims at the start of the 2020 plan year.

If you would like to transfer your TASC HSA to ConnectYourCare but have not provided your online agreement or received a HSA Transfer Confirmation, please complete an HSA Transfer of Assets Authorization by December 31, 2019.
