Who Should Use ETF’s New Appointment Scheduling System?

  • Non-retired members who want to discuss their options and next steps in the retirement process
  • Non-retired members who want to cancel and reschedule their appointment

Before scheduling an appointment, a member must have received a Retirement Benefit Estimate and Application (ET-4301) or a Disability Benefit Estimate and Application (ET-5302).
