Well Wisconsin Radio: Finding Purpose
Well Wisconsin Radio is better than ever in 2022 and now includes podcasts. We are excited to share the first episode. Listen in as host Morgan Meinen interviews Dr. Christine Whelan, clinical professor in the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, about setting goals and finding purpose during times of uncertainty.
Episodes of Well Wisconsin Radio will be released monthly with a few bonus shows along the way. Access all episodes, including an archive of 2021 segments, on the new Well Wisconsin Radio webpage. If you subscribe, you’ll also be notified when new episodes are posted to Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Google Podcasts.

Random Acts of Kindness Week: February 13 - 19
According to the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation, “There are scientifically proven benefits of being kind. The positive effects of kindness are experienced in the brain of everyone who witnessed the act, improving their mood and making them significantly more likely to ‘pay it forward.’ This means one good deed in a crowded area can create a domino effect and improve the day of dozens of people!
This month celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Week (February 13-19) and reap some of those benefits for your team.”
Subscribers and spouses enrolled in the GHIP who participate in at least 21 kindness, self-compassion or well-being activities from the year-long calendar can complete a short survey to receive an employer-sponsored activity code and enter it in their Well Wisconsin portal account to earn the well-being activity incentive credit.
“Kindness is not what you do, but who you are.” — RAKtivist (which is short of Random Acts of Kindness activist)
