ETF is conducting online Wisconsin Retirement System employer training sessions, beneficial for employers new to WRS administration, as well as more experienced employers who have been working with the WRS for several years and would like a refresher on WRS topics.

The Wisconsin Public Employers Group Life Insurance Program is a benefit provided under the WRS and is available to employees of the State of Wisconsin and employees of participating Wisconsin local government employers.
The Employee Trust Funds Board approved WRS contribution rates for 2024. Contribution rates are effective for salaries and wages paid beginning January 1, 2024.
Positive investment returns in 2020 was the primary reason for a decrease in rates. For more information about the 2022 rates, the actuarial valuation report and presentation is available in the board meeting materials.
