of Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) benefits. Unless otherwise
noted, all webinars are 30 minutes with time for webinar-topic related
questions at the end of the sessions.

Ever wonder what happens with your life insurance when you retire?
In this webinar, we will go over the eligibility requirements for
continuing your life insurance after retirement, as well as premium
costs to consider. We will also discuss how your coverage changes
as you age and your options for converting your life insurance to
pay for health insurance or long term care (LTC) insurance.

Rates and Annuity Adjustments
How do WRS trust fund investment returns affect employee accounts
and retirees’ monthly annuities over the years? This webinar
reviews how Core and Variable effective rates, and annuity adjustments
are calculated, starting with final calendar year investment returns
reported by the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB). We also
cover the differences between the effective rates and annuity adjustment,
the Core “floor” amount, and more.

How to Use Online Calculator to Estimate Retirement Benefit
This webinar will help you estimate how much you might have when
you retire including how much your pension could increase if you
wait one more year. How to use ETF's online retirement calculator
will also be demonstrated. To follow along with the calculator tutorial,
have on-hand your Annual Statement of Benefits, a possible retirement
date and your spouse's/domestic partner's date of birth.
**Please note: Annuity options that are generated by the
calculator will not be discussed. This webinar focuses
on how to use the online calculator itself.

Steps to Retire
This webinar will provide a general outline of steps to consider
for your retirement, based on various career stages. We will cover
the benefit of submitting military discharge papers for service
before January 1, 1974; reviewing and updating beneficiary forms;
when to request an estimate and other important topics. Because
this webinar is meant to be an overview, we recommended meeting
with one of our retirement specialists either in our Madison office,
or at a location near you.

This webinar explains the importance of having a Beneficiary Designation
(ET-2320) form on file with ETF along with updating it as life events
such as divorce, marriage and births occur. We will also cover completing
the form, what it means if you do not have a form on file with ETF
and how to request a copy of your current Beneficiary Designation
form, if we have one on file.
