The Group Insurance Board examined the effectiveness of the Well Wisconsin Program. It also approved a one-year renewal of the contracts with WebMD for administering chronic condition management, mental health, and well-being services.

Make sure you are aware of important deadlines for making changes to your insurance and retirement benefits effective January 2026.

Claims experience has been stable, resulting in no change to local employee premium rates for Basic, Additional, and Supplemental Units for 2026. There is an increase to Spouse and Dependent premiums.

The Board moved forward with the 5% increase to the employee premium rates effective April 1, 2026.
