2026 Employee Reimbursement Account and Health Savings Account Administrative Fees

Please see the following employer administrative fees for the 2026 plan year:

The Employee Reimbursement Accounts (ERA) employer administrative fee is $0.19 per health insurance contract per month for the 2026 benefit year. This is an increase of $0.19 from 2025.

The Health Savings Account (HSA) employer administrative fee is $0.15 per health insurance contract per month for 2026. This is a decrease of $0.13 per health insurance contract from 2025.
