My Insurance Benefits
Release Date: August 9, 2025
Document Center Help Text: Documents Accepted
This change is visible to members when they are uploading documents. Previously, the text in the link said “Important Info.” It will now say “Documents Accepted.” This opens a text box that includes a link to the Document Requirements Page on ETF’s website.

Document Center Help Text: Declination Info
This change is visible to members when a document has been denied. The “Why it’s needed” link will be replaced with a link that says “Declination info.” Members can clink on that link to view information about why a document has been declined.

Banner for Impersonation Mode
When an HR admin is viewing or editing coverage in the member role, they will see a banner at the top of the page that shows both the member’s name and a warning that they are editing a member account.
This makes it easier for HR admins to see what account there are editing and can help reduce errors.

Dependent Eligibility Enhancement
Members will not be able to select dependents who are ineligible for specific benefits. These dependents will show up in the list, but will be grayed out. If they click on that dependent, a message explaining why they can’t be added or removed will display.

Employer Transaction Application (ETA)
Release Date: August 27, 2025
Conversion Validator: ‘Termination Date’ Past 90 Days
When a termination is reported in the ETA specifically due to the conversion process, the ‘Conversion’ transaction should be used and the ‘Termination Date’ can be more than 90 days in the past without an error message populating.
Conversion Validator: ‘ICI & Life Insurance Salary Effective Dates’ Past 90 Days
When the date(s) are entered for ICI and Life Insurance Salary Effective Date specifically on a Conversion Transaction, there will be no error messages populated if the date is more than 90 days.
Future Releases
These enhancements are tentatively scheduled for release over the next few months. Please note that release dates are subject to change. Full release notes will be shared closer to the launch date.
