Accessing Support During Challenging Times: Togetherall

In light of the recent tragedy in Madison, we understand that many of you may be feeling a range of difficult emotions at this time.

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting your mental health, Well Wisconsin wants to remind Group Health Insurance Program members of the resources available through Togetherall.

Togetherall is a safe, anonymous, digital peer support community, available 24/7. Signing up is easy and anonymous, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality throughout your journey.

Whether you're looking to connect with others who understand what you're going through, access self-help resources, or explore well-being tools like guided courses and assessments, Togetherall provides a supportive and confidential space to do so.

It’s also overseen by licensed clinicians, who ensure the platform is safe — day and night.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply need someone to connect with, we encourage you to explore the resources available on Togetherall.

Remember, taking care of your mental health is important, and reaching out for support is a proactive step towards self-care. We're all in this together, and supporting each other through difficult times is what makes us stronger.
