The Department of Employee Trust Funds will be closed for a half day on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 7 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. The agency will be holding a staff event during this time.

During the closure, Wisconsin Retirement System members and employers are encouraged to use the ETF website for benefits-related information, tools, and resources.

Our regular hours of operation will resume on Wednesday, September 17:

  • Customer Service Call Center Hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
  • Office Hours at Hill Farms State Office Building and Employer Services: 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
