Schedule Your Onsite Flu Vaccine Clinics
The 2024 Well Wisconsin scheduling for onsite flu clinics is open. Complete the survey to submit your request and help ensure your preferred date(s) can be accommodated. Requests will be confirmed via email within two weeks of submission.

The Well Wisconsin team will also host regional flu vaccine clinics. If you’re interested in partnering with them to provide space, please reach out to the team at wellwi-employersupport@webmd.net.
