Please attend this important presentation.

When ETF launches My Insurance Benefits on July 1, members and employers will have a secure, self-service application to access and manage their insurance benefits. My Insurance Benefits will allow for visibility, anytime access, and a consistent customer experience across most benefit options.

Who should attend:

Local employer representatives that offer ETF-administered insurance benefits.

Important Topics:

Local employers must complete several important tasks before My Insurance Benefits launches in July. During this presentation, ETF staff will share details on your responsibilities regarding:

  • Electronic enrollment freeze dates and processes,
  • Demographic and eligibility updates in the Employer Transaction Application,
  • Employer validation and update phase, and
  • Training opportunities in May and June.

ETF staff will also discuss changes employers will experience related to COBRA administration, billing, and payments for ETF-administered insurance benefits, as well as offer an opportunity for you to ask questions.

Registration for this event has been canceled. See April 21 update, above.

Add these event details to your calendar now and plan to attend so that you are ready for My Insurance Benefits when it goes live on July 1, 2025. Note: Bots will not be accepted as attendees in this presentation.
