New Employee Orientation Webinars (Share with Employees)

Do you have new employees who need to learn about the Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Program (WDC)? The WDC is pleased to offer live New Employee Orientation webinars each month throughout 2024. These 30-minute session are ideal way for your new employees to learn more about supplemental retirement savings with the WDC. A local WDC Retirement Plan Advisor will provide a brief overview of the WDC and walk attendees step-by-step through enrollment. 

Please share this registration link with your employees who can then select a date and time that works best for them. These sessions are free and open to anyone who wants to enroll in the WDC. 

WDC Employer Webinars (For Employers)

Do you have new payroll staff, or want a refresher on steps involved with processing and reporting WDC contributions for your staff? The WDC’s recordkeeper (Empower) offers employers a recurring series of three monthly Plan Service Center on WDC payroll processing and reporting.
