The income continuation insurance (ICI) benefit is a voluntary income replacement benefit payable if you become disabled.

You may received up to five years of creditable service under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA).

This brochure describes the types of service you may be eligible to buy, the benefits and restrictions on the purchases, and how and when you can buy service.

The ICI Program is authorized by Wis. Stat. §§ 40.61 and 40.62, and is administered according to the plan provisions between the Group Insurance Board and the program’s third-party administrator.
