The purpose of RFI ETA0046 is to solicit information from vendors who possess the resources and expertise to administer wellness and/or disease management services for members in the State of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Public Employer (Local) Group Health Insurance Program, managed by the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) with oversight by the State of Wisconsin Group Insurance Board (Board). 

Specialty Medication Programs

Level 4 self-injectables and specialty medications are available through specific pharmacies for non-Medicare members while members on Medicare have some additional pharmacy options.
