The State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program (GHIP) provides health benefits to both state agencies and local government entities. All health plans interested in joining the program must submit an application.
For the 2025 plan year, the health benefits decision guide will continue to be a printed guide, as a companion piece to the collection of web pages found on the ETF website. Please let ETF know by July 12, 2024 how many paper guides you would like.
The Well Wisconsin Program achieved a significant first in 2023 by attaining its goal of surpassing 50,000 participants earning their $150 incentive. Well Wisconsin participants also experienced valuable and real health improvements.
