The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from interested and qualified vendors who can administer pharmacy benefits as the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) for the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program (GHIP) and the Wisconsin Public Employer (WPE) program for Local Government Employees.

Request for Proposals (RFP) ETH0020 is issued by the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) on behalf of the State of Wisconsin Group Insurance Board (Board). The purpose of the RFP is to provide interested and qualified vendors with information to enable them to prepare and submit competitive proposals to administer Medicare Advantage plans for Medicare-enrolled participants in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program (GHIP) and the Wisconsin Public Employer (WPE) programs for local government employees and retirees.

A resolution for the employer to offer the Wisconsin Public Employers Group Health Insurance program to eligible personnel through the program of the State of Wisconsin Group Insurance Board, and agrees to abide by the terms of the program.

The ICI plan provides replacement income for disabilities which are considered short term in nature as well as those which may last for extended periods.
