ETF has started distributing the WRS Annual Statement of Benefits to members. The statement is a non-retired members' once-a-year summary of their retirement account information.

The My Benefits portal will be temporarily unavailable Friday, April 25 at 5:00 p.m. through Monday, April 28 at 7:00 a.m.

ETF, including all customer service phone lines, will be closed for business Thursday, July 4, 2024, due to the observance of Independence Day.

The Department of Employee Trust Funds, including all customer service phone lines, will be closed for business Monday, May 27, 2024, due to the Memorial Day observance.
